MapArt Land Rental
MapArt Land Rental is a Paper and Folia 26.1+ plugin for renting protected build plots used to create vanilla Minecraft map art. It manages automated void world creation, project-based team production, access control for collaborators, rental payments via server economy, and automated plot resets upon lease expiration.
Map IDs, scaling, cartography table locking, copying, and item frames remain vanilla Minecraft features.
Key Features
- Dedicated World Management: Automatically generates a flat void world. Controls base surface height and material, locks clear weather, and suppresses natural mob spawning and fire spread.
- Two-Tier Protection Bounds: Surrounds the vanilla map grid (Map Bounds) with an additional buildable work buffer (Lease Bounds). Players can move and build exclusively inside their accessible boundaries.
- Projects and Collaboration: Players create projects and invite collaborators as members. All members gain building and container access inside leased plots.
- Rich NegiLib GUIs: Uses NegiLib as the UI engine. Supports Java Edition Native Dialog and Inventory GUIs, as well as Bedrock Edition forms for intuitive operation.
- Vault Economy Integration: Deducts initial rental and extension fees through the server economy. Features compensating refund mechanisms to prevent double charges and inconsistencies.
- Region-Sliced Safe Plot Resets: Automatically restores plots to a pristine flat state upon release or expiration. Operates smoothly on Folia region schedulers with bounded workloads to prevent lag spikes.
